A radial water-ripple displacement effect for Resolume Arena. Ships as a zip containing the BLOOPER.dll plugin, a readme, and the license. Windows only. Requires Resolume Arena 7.3.1 or later (also works in Avenue).
1. Download and unzip the file anywhere.
2. Copy BLOOPER.dll into your Resolume Extra Effects folder — usually Documents\Resolume Arena\Extra Effects\ (create it if it doesn't exist).
3. Fully quit and relaunch Resolume — it only scans for plugins on startup.
4. Find BLOOPER in your Effects panel and drag it onto any clip, layer, or composition. Full details are in the readme inside the zip.

IMPORTANT: If you used API widgets (not OSC) in v1.4, you'll need to re-create them once in the wizard. After that, they will automatically reconnect whenever Resolume restarts. This is a one-time step. OSC widgets are not affected.
